HBYS adapter pattern: 6 vendor, tek voice pipeline
Bilmed, Probel, Akgün, Tepe, ASEM, TÜBİTAK SAĞLAM — hepsi farklı API'ler. clinicai voice pipeline bunları nasıl agnostik kullanıyor?
Voice pipeline'ımız (Pipecat + Deepgram + Claude + Chirp3 HD) HBYS'yi bilmez. Tek bildiği: 8 tool çağrısı (search_doctors, get_available_slots, book_appointment, ...).
Her HBYS için tek bir Python class yazıyoruz — Bilmed adapter, Probel adapter, vs. Bu class tool çağrısını vendor-spesifik HTTP/SOAP isteğine çevirir, response'u normalize eder, geri döner. Yeni HBYS eklemek: yeni class + tenant config. Voice tarafında değişiklik yok.
Sonuç: aynı pipeline 6 farklı HBYS'ye 1-2 hafta içinde plug-in olabiliyor.
